Honey is helping millions save money on a daily basis and we're growing! Our growth team is looking for a smart and curious CRM manager who will play a critical role in creating a world-class user experience for our 6 million (and growing!) member base that drives engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue. You’ll work closely with the Director of Consumer Communications to ensure Honey’s customer strategy & multi-channel initiatives are executed with a high degree of purpose, effectiveness, and trueness to brand. The ideal candidate has experience that spans email marketing, social, mobile app & push, analytics, and project management.

Responsibilities

Strategy + Implementation

  • Partner with the Director of Communications to develop a comprehensive CRM strategy that supports core business objectives through 2018 and beyond
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create highly targeted lifecycle and ad hoc email campaigns that meet aggressive engagement and revenue KPIs
  • Unlock new opportunities to maximize CLTV and optimize existing ones
  • Develop and collect assets for CRM campaigns that span email, social, and beyond
  • Ensure proper QA of all lifecycle communications
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations

Analysis + Reporting

  • Help establish KPIs and dashboards for CRM efforts
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for CRM campaigns
  • Make projections to guide strategy and propose new campaigns
  • Identify ways to optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention

Requirements

  • 5+ years of e-commerce or marketing experience with a track record of managing B2C customer lifecycle campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with experience delving into data to identifying opportunities
  • Proficiency in A/B & Multivariate testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Push and SMS messaging experience a plus
  • Direct-response copywriting experience a plus
  • SQL experience a huge plus
