The Honest Company is looking for an experienced Recruiter to assist with all aspects of recruiting and hiring and to provide support for candidates at each stage of the recruiting process. You’ll work closely with Honest's hiring managers, interviewers, HR, and Recruiting to ensure a memorable and delightful experience for each applicant. If you're exceptionally organized, personable, and have prior experience within a recruiting team, we're looking for you! 

What you’ll do:

• Recruit across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, R&D, and Creative
• Act as a business partner and resource to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Coordinate phone screens and onsite interviews while ensuring a delightful candidate experience 
• Manage the interview process: act as a host for candidates, keep interviews on schedule, provide office tours
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and HR programs and initiatives as needed

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of full time experience in recruiting 
• Outstanding interpersonal skills 
• Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and impressive organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
