Why is the Legal Team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s legal team is tasked with mitigating risk so we can continue to fight the epidemic of obesity in North America. This critically-important team oversees contracts and compliance and ensures that the company is successful as it grows.   

What you will be doing at Beachbody as a Manager of Compliance? 

• Research and respond to Coach inquiries regarding key policy issues
• Review legal forms submitted by Coaches related to tax, business transfers and general account updates.
• Respond and mediate disputes between Coaches, relative to business issues.
• Monitor Coach generated social media content to ensure Coach’s compliance with key policies and critical legal restrictions.
• Work in tandem with other departments in support of the Coach’s day to day account maintenance – including interaction with global service teams and Coach Relations leadership.
