Position Summary

The Client Services Coordinator supports the Client Services teams on day to day action items. This entry level role will assist the team on presale proposals & post sale campaign workflow and operational tasks. Under the supervision of the Director, Account Management or Sales Planning, the Client Services Coordinator provides overall day-to-day support to ensure the effective execution of proposals and advertising campaigns. The position provides significant exposure to all phases of the campaign lifecycle through the ownership of administration, project tracking duties, research and handling budgets. The Client Services Coordinator role provides a foundation in the digital space and provides a springboard into either an Account Manager or Sales Planning position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for operational tasks on either the Sales Planning or Account Management team, coordinating across clients.
  • Manage the elements of proposal completion process including spec sheets, documentation of deals and deal terms, project management of creative and analytic requests and assisting sales planners to ensure client and sales team satisfaction
  • Build and update internal campaign tracking templates
  • Act as a Campaign support resource including reporting, Salesforce maintenance, campaign review charts, and screenshots.
  • Learn to navigate and utilize Salesforce for cross checking of campaign parameters
  • Manage the campaign launching process including campaign screenshot decks, tracking template set up and assisting account managers to ensure client satisfaction
  • Support account managers during monthly billing and invoicing periods
  • Adhere to project deadlines and support team to meet deliverables
  • Support sales planners with weekly forecasting
  • Attend client entertainment and industry events with Sales Team
  • Stay current with developments in online advertising, advertising technology and online media
  • Research, capture and share competitive market info

 

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 0-1 year in digital media
  • Strong with numbers and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
  • Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Able to contribute to a team while working with other departments and logically prioritizing various requests and responsibilities.
  • Proactive and positive attitude and a good team player
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks in high- pressure situations
  • Strong oral and written (email) communication Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
