This position requires consulting project management experience, strong analytical abilities, deep understanding of the transportation, logistics or infrastructure industry, and excellent communication skills. The role is based out of our Los Angeles, Dubai, Singapore or Zurich office but will require extensive global travel.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates to support the identification and development of opportunities for freight and passenger Hyperloop systems solutions. Position requires strong people skills with the ability to interact at all levels of potential client, stakeholder and partner organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing initial pitch presentations including initial research on local demographics and transport landscape, concept solution and initial high level business case estimates.


• Establish and facilitate cross-functional working groups to advance the project from concept/pre-feasibility through feasibility all the way to bankable project documentation.


• Managing consultants (transport planners, engineering, economists, etc.) as well as working with other experts (legal and regulations, corporate finance, environmental, etc.) and stakeholders


• Interface internally with Business Intelligence and Engineering teams


• Leverage knowledge of industry to provide insights into targeted markets, geographies, governments


• Prepare effective and concise presentation materials


• Effectively involve senior team members as required

Requirements:

• BS in business, transport planning or sciences


• MS or PhD in transport planning, economics, engineering preferred


• 8+ years of experience in transport and logistics industries




• Rail, public transport, logistics 3PL or global shipping companies preferred


• Commercial, consulting and/or business development background preferred


• Previous positions in rail logistics and/or 3PL preferred with experience working with clients and stakeholders along entire value chain




• Foreign language skills are a plus
