Building Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Building Operations Manager to join Snap Inc! You’ll play a key leadership role in our daily regional operations as we continue to grow. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll lead our facilities operations and work closely with the Workplace Services team to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and protect real estate assets in the SnapLab portfolio
- Ensure all building systems are performing well and at maximum efficiency
- Oversee all equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and monitoring programs
- Supervise on-site vendors
- Respond to employee requests for support
- Ensure that compliance of all regulatory laws and guidelines related to building infrastructure and operation are met
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience, including building systems, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, engineering, and operations
- Someone who can carry out the day to day routine maintenance of buildings while managing their maintenance staff in a leadership role
- Ability to walk, work standing, lift, and move loads of up to 40 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
