Cie Digital Labs (CDL), a leading Irvine-based Hybrid Interactive-Technology Studio, is looking for an Audience Growth Director to join our growing team. This is a new role within our awesome Content team. They are putting together outstanding content and your job will be to make sure people see it.

- You go where the action is: You know where people go online to consume content and you can predict what they want to see there (frequent user of Reddit, Fark, Twitter, etc.)
- You’re in the know: You stay on the latest trends and are a voracious consumer of content
- You can hit the bullseye: targeting, targeting, targeting
- You are meticulous: You dot your i’s and cross your t’s
- You are a grammar snob: You have strong opinions on whether or not to use oxford commas, and know the difference between their and there
- You act with intent: You present thoughtfully researched and forward-thinking decisions
- You are a risk taker: You iterate, fail, and try again
- You have good hunches: Your intuition helps you notice the small trends and opportunities and make sure they are considered
- You move quickly from insight to action: You understand the big picture, and can execute it
What you’ll do
- Work with Content team to identify and create viral content
- Create and own strategic planning
- Make recommendations on future content based on campaign data
- Boosting, targeting running ads and otherwise promoting content on all of our social media channels
- Create clickable posts for our clients’ social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) which will include post copy (headlines, tagline) and creative (images)
- Propose ideas for social media growth and expansion
- Stay up to date on current digital trends and guide the Content team around understanding these trends
- Run analytics on campaign performance and adjust as needed
- Influencer outreach and relationship management
