This role will focus on team and individual growth and development within the technology organization. You will partner with Product Management, Program and Portfolio Management, UX Design, Engineering and Operations teams to develop high functioning product and leadership teams with a keen focus on delivering value. Understanding Agile and Lean startup frameworks is a plus, and have excellent communication and relationship building skills as well as the ability to facilitate collaboration workshops to guide teams involved in delivering complex programs.
Responsibilities
- Assess when a team is in trouble, and work with the team to course correct as necessary
- Foster open and honest team communication within and outside of the team
- Help the organization implement change with minimal churn
- Coach & train delivery and leadership teams on Agile and Lean frameworks
- Help develop a mentoring model within the organization to leveraging team learnings and best practices
- Mentor internal coaches within the organization
- Organizational coaching to maximize value while embracing change
- Participate in industry events, such as meet-ups and conferences, helping to establish Ticketmaster as an industry-leading Lean enterprise.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project, product, or technical leadership in a software development environment
- 2+ years of experience as an organizational development, agile or technology coaching.
- Familiar with Agile Management tools such as Rally or Jira.
- Experience in assessing team health, removing organizational impediments, and guiding teams through transformation
- Deep tool box of team facilitation workshops, processes, project kick-offs, breaking down and sizing work, and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- 20% Travel to satellite locations
- Experience in B2B and B2C, continuous delivery, and team transformation is desired
