The Honest Company has kicked off a search for an Accounting Operations Specialist! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full cycle of Accounts Payable processing. You will monitor and review daily cash activities and play a critical role in month end tax preparation.

What you’ll do:

• Update daily cash position and forecast
• Assist with verification and application of daily cash receipts
• Reconcile and prepare monthly sales tax payments
• Reconcile and record credit card transactions
• Monitor and review cash activities including positive pay
• Update daily cash position and forecast
• Maintain vendor master in the ERP system
• Maintain customer master in the ERP system
• Maintain item level details in sales tax system
• Assist with weekly check run processing
• Respond to vendor, customer, and internal inquiries

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related field
• 2+ years of accounting operations experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail
