Role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the success of a portfolio of BloomNation’s florists by fully understanding our products and services, and how they can be best utilized to achieve key success metrics.
- Analyze data through Google Analytics and other data sources to improve website conversion.
- Carry out best SEO practices for local business
- Merchandise local florists’ product to optimize conversion and website performance
- Manage florist partner relationships.
- Manage clients’ daily questions, issues, feedback, and make sure to inform appropriate parties internally.
- Liaise with the development & design team to voice clients’ concerns and improve customer UI/UX.
- Create analytical reports to identify and understand how to optimize clients’ web presence.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, merchandising, product, tech and customer service teams.

Compensation
• $40k base & $10k bonus structure plus Equity/Stock in growing company, Medical/Dental/Vision coverage
