HopSkipDrive is a mission-driven company that makes life easier for busy families by getting kids where they need to go safely and dependably. We match families with highly-vetted CareDrivers, who have a minimum of 5 years of childcare experience and must pass a mom-approved, rigorous 15-point certification process, which includes extensive background checks, fingerprinting, DMV checks, driver training, and meeting every single driver in person.
We were founded by 3 working moms who have 8 kids among them and who developed HopSkipDrive as a solution to their own problems getting kids where they needed to go. We are a VC-backed company with investment and involvement from nearly every major LA investor including Upfront Ventures, Greycroft and Pritzker, with more than $20M in funding.

The Account Coordinator will join a rapidly growing team of dynamic, energetic individuals dedicated to expanding HopSkipDrive’s reach into schools and other organizations. We are seeking an individual who is excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is willing to do what it takes to build the business. This position will be part of a growing account management team and report to the Director of Account Management.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Account Management in being the face of HopSkipDrive for existing B2B/School customers.
- Deliver a consistent level of customer service by problem solving customer issues independently when possible and pulling in other internal HopSkipDrive teams when necessary.
- Create custom external reports for accounts using account specific data.
- Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support, including setup of processes for new clients on the HopSkipDrive platform, creation of collateral and web pages for use with an organization’s audience, ongoing check-in calls and overall relationship management.
- Send out regular communications to existing partners, including campaigns (one to many) and customized communications (emails, notes and more personalized touches).
- Update and maintain all customer contacts within our CRM system and other electronic files associated with sales deals.
- Working with the Director and the Business Intelligence team, create internal reports for tracking growth and other financial metrics.
- Providing ongoing administrative support to the Account Management team.

- Experience with a CRM, data entry, spreadsheets, and data analysis a distinct positive.
