New Directors and New Projects for 4WT
 
We're really excited about pushing ourselves creatively and expanding our commercial work. We have some amazing directors we're working with which differentiates in the online video space. Folks like YouTube creator, Joe Penna (Mystery Guitar Man), Tony Yacenda, Ben Bolea and a host of other talented directors are making it possible for 4WT to produce some amazing content. Keep an eye out for upcoming projects like our video to launch the iPad app, MashupDJ and a new national commercial for ZipRecruiter.
 
In addition to our client work, we have a number of original projects we are totally pumped about. We're nearly finished with a feature comedy we co-produced called Mr. Intangibles that's hilarious. It's the first film from our frequent collaborator Ben Bolea and I have no doubt this film will make a splash. Also we're currently in production on a documentary about the water levels of the Great Lakes called Beneath the Surface which was a finalist at WestDoc recently and we are very passionate about.

4WT Company Culture 
 
Our team is very close-knit, we're 6 full time but have an extended network of folks we work with on a project-basis. That core team is like a family, it's my goal that each member of the team feels connected and inspired coming into work today. Our "4WT Friday" is something we do every week to work on internal projects we're really passionate about. It's a chance to have fun, let our hair down and maybe film some pyrotechnics.
 
As we continue to grow, I want that same energy and enthusiasm to live in everything we do. Our belief is that we you truly love what you do and aim to be the best, good things will happen. It's a challenge being a service company and especially since we are completely self-funded without a dollar of debt. But it's also extremely rewarding and I am so humbled by the incredible companies we work with and share the startup ecosystem with. For one, I have to say huge kudos to our friends at Big Framewho we share office space with and are not only doing incredible things in the online video space but are just really great people. It's folks like that who make such a treat to have a startup in LA.

Agency Partnerships and Beyond
 
The next phase for us is all about extending our agency partnerships to work with new brands and produce creative that truly excites audiences. We have built a fantastic team and foundation to propel us into larger campaigns that will give us a chance to show the world what we can do! For example, we're sponsoring Social Media Week and hosting an event about working with Influencers and YouTube Stars. It's a chance to talk about something we're passionate about and connect with audiences all over the world because we're live streaming the entire week of panels!
 
Now that we have established a name for ourselves and have a body of work under our belt, we have the credibility that brands look for in their vendors. Creating branded content and producing content for online audiences is new for most brands and we can make that process as painless as possible. We do our best to bridge the gap so that companies feel confident diving into an exciting new space like online video.
