Venice-based Zealot has continued its astounding year of acquisitions today with the purchase of video syndication company AllScreen

Zealot was founded in 2014 as a digital-first media and entertainment company that connects entrepreneurs with brands and like-minded communities. This is their 18th acquisition since August 2014.

"With AllScreen now a part of our distribution and video technology offering, we're primed to offer brands a complete approach in connecting users with engaging content," said Danny Zappin, president and CEO of Zealot Networks in a statement. "AllScreen's platform and network represent a big opportunity to capture a larger share of audience in addition to online video revenue."

AllScreen was founded in 2010 and has more than 500 publishers and 70 premium content partners, averaging 250 million monthly views. The Culver City company was listed at #29 on Inc.'s Top 5000 privately held companies list and is backed by Mark Cuban, Skip Paul, Jonathan Kraft, and Y Combinator. The purchase is a 100% acquisition and is an undisclosed combination of cash and stock.
