Tinder wanted a new match for themselves this week. This time they swiped right for a new partnership with Instagram, expanding their user offerings with even more opportunities for common connections.
With the new integration, Tinder explained in a blog post you can now connect your Instagram profile to your Tinder profile, showing your most recent Instagram photos below your common connections.
Tinder will also show you the mutual friends and friends of friends you have in common with your potential matches, adding more context and an extra degree of connection to every swipe.
The LA-based service also took the opportunity to tease another new product update coming soon — an expanded interest field.
