Who we are

Pearline Health is on a mission to empower people to improve their health and bridge the gaps in oral care. Pearline Health was founded by an experienced dentist and a social entrepreneur (HopSkipDrive Co-Founder) to transform dental cleanings. We are a hygiene-only practice located at a beautiful new storefront location in the heart of the Robertson Boulevard shopping area.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Studio Manager who will help us grow Pearline Health and lead our studio team of Clean Specialists. You will be the first face our guests see when they enter the studio and the last when they leave, so how you represent the brand is incredibly important. We love folks with a passion for health and wellness who want to work on the cutting edge of technology and healthcare. You are outgoing and radiate optimism, and you are great at solving problems creatively and with grace in real time while managing multiple priorities. You can’t help but pay close attention to detail. Ideally you have the ability to work flexible hours. 

You thrive in a fast-moving environment. You’re tech-savvy and are always thinking about how things can be done more efficiently and effectively. You want to work in a safe environment where all forms and payment are contactless and paperless. You have a hospitality/customer service mindset.

You will report directly to our Co-Founder & CEO. 

What you’ll do

  • Create an environment that is welcoming and stress-free
  • Greet guests and assist with self check-in, as needed 
  • Manage incoming calls and texts (note that you will not be scheduling appointments for guests)
  • Manage, stock and order all supplies
  • Manage equipment maintenance
  • Oversee opening and closing of the studio on a daily basis
  • Identify marketing and partnership opportunities and participate in developing and executing related plans
  • Track and suggest ways our technology could improve
  • Track and handle all payments, including processing of insurance claims and related follow-ups
  • Create and document policies and procedures
  • Assist in onboarding new Clean Team members
  • Support our Clean Specialists as needed

  • Ability to prioritize and juggle competing priorities with little supervision
  • Fully-vaccinated against Covid-19
