ZEFR is hiring!  ZEFR is looking for our next YouTube Video Operations Specialist! We need someone to be the YouTube Channel guru for a wide range of clients in the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate would be someone who lives and breathes social video, can think of creative ways to improve a video upload and help clients understand the ever changing world of digital video!

Here’s what you get to do:

• Manage YouTube channel operations for some of the biggest late night comedy channels
• Develop insights into the performance of video content, creating actionable insights leading to increased views and subscribers
• Manage all channel content including: uploading video content, optimizing titles and descriptions for improved SEO
• Use Photoshop and Final Cut Pro to create custom video thumbnails, create and organize of video playlists, add custom end cards and update channel design elements
• Work with the account management team, ensuring YouTube strategy falls in line with client's’ needs and requests
• Join regular client calls, participating in discussion of strategy, recommendations, and workflow
• Research and identify tent pole events, along with content recommendations and insights to help promote the channel during these events
• Become familiar with the client's’ brand voice by studying client specific trends and social media accounts

Here's what we're looking for:

• Experience operating a YouTube channel
• Ability to edit video and create thumbnails (Final Cut Pro/Photoshop)
• Proficiency in grammar, spelling, an interest in creative writing
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• YouTube Audience Development Certification preferred 
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, startup environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Flexibility in covering off hours
