Honey is helping millions save money on a daily basis and we're growing! Our team is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to keep our folks focused on their work, and not on their equipment. We’re growing fast, and shipping software just as quickly - this person will need to execute just as quickly. You’ll handle everything from Asset Management to Wifi/LAN support to helping that new hire figure out the printer. You’ll be the first IT person on staff to support 100 plus people.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements
• Experience communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
• Project management skills
• Technical expertise in one or more IT related fields including networking, network administration, G-Suite administration, SonicWall configuration management
• Experience supporting Mac OS X operating systems
• Understanding of core internet technologies - DHCP, DNS, mail transport, TCP/IP

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or technical discipline
• High Degree of ownership in all matters within the IT infrastructure
• Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Asset Management
• Excellent understanding of computers
• Superior technical aptitude
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated problem solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
