How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

My role is primarily focused on product activations on our site, an important project since we're a DTC brand! I coordinate with Content, Design, Merchandising, Ops, and Development to provide site support, upload assets and help ensure that the site is reflecting the products accurately. It's always exciting to see it all come together in the end!

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

We're a pretty lean team, so everyone at the company has a direct line of access to myself and Monica, our COO. Our calendars are open and we're always accessible on Slack. We have weekly TBs with all of our teams, and we've recently introduced skip-levels so that junior team members have access to senior leadership.

Grace

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

We have a very unique business model, which can pose some operational challenges. Our team is currently working on solutions to drive efficiencies across various teams, while also streamlining and automating the process as much as possible.
