An Insider's view of Multi Media, LLC

What does your typical day look like?

A typical day for me means spending most of my time working on my projects, with few interruptions and occasionally collaborating with my team. Multimedia is really good at keeping our processes lean while still keeping everyone focused together, which means your get to focus on the most important things in your day rather than lots of meetings.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started as a junior engineer at the company, mostly working on backend code. Over time, I asked for more complex work and more frontend projects. When the company restructured, I was given the opportunity to move into an engineering manager role. I’ve learned that being self-motivated and proactive is key to getting recognized and rewarded.

Hans

Head of Engineering

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

After working in several roles here, and helping grow the company, I’ve realized that it’s important to be available to listen and engage with all our folks from the start of their career here. Additionally, actively reaching out, engaging in goal-setting meetings for everyone, and openly sharing company goals and progress is how I am accessible.

John

Chief Operations Officer

What are some social events your company does?

We have always loved to have fun together. Whether it’s for small things like a Halloween Costume and Ugly Holiday Sweater contest, or our bigger events like the company sponsored parties in Newport Beach twice a year, we value the moments we spend with each other, hanging out offline and sharing big news and achievements.
