The Role:

This role would be part of the Business Data Analytics team at Sunbit. In this position, you will work closely with the BU leaders, Risk and Finance to help measure and monitor the overall company’s financial drivers. You would own the monitoring for key risk and usage covenants established by our lending partners. Your goal is to keep the company’s executive team informed about any potential risks to the overall growth and risk strategy for all products.

Requirements

What You'll Own:

• Own Investor (lender) covenants’ monitoring that span across credit risk, payments, usage etc. 
• Build dashboards for executive consumption that measure actuals against the forecast
• Build forecasting and projections framework for portfolio metrics 
• Prepare & present material for monthly credit meeting with executives
• Perform ad-hoc RCA and remediation analysis through partnership with the relevant risk leaders (card & loan)
• Support simulation of lender/portfolio covenants for major risk strategy changes
• Institutionalize portfolio (card & loan) forecast and establish monitoring for the corporate model
• Collaborate with the chief capital office, Finance and other business leaders to develop analysis and material for lender negotiations.
• Build portfolio loss forecasting and support loss provisioning projections for Finance and Accounting

We are looking for someone who:

• Proficient in SQL and is excited about acquiring new technical skills
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Knowledge in Tableau, Python, R or SAS
• Proficient in forecasting models like time series forecasting
• Experience in Credit Card, Loans or other financial services
• Passionate about solving real-world problems with data
• Has an eye to look at the big picture and can think long-term
• Has a growth mindset and takes pro-active ownership
• Lives the 80/20 principle and gets things done
• 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with a bachelor’s degree or
• 4+ year of relevant analytical experience with a master’s degree in quantitative fields like (Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering etc.)
