ZEFR is hiring! We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to sit in our Business Intelligence Department. 

Here's what you get to do:

• Become an expert on the key data that exists at ZEFR
• Research and analyze operational metrics, trends, and opportunities based on that data
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage execution, and drive delivery of projects
• Create dashboards and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
• Clearly communicate analyses to senior managers to improve efficacy of product and processes

Here's what we're looking for:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years professional experience in data analysis or related field
• Intermediate proficiency writing SQL queries
• Experience visualizing data with a BI tool (e.g. Tableau, Domo, QlikView, Looker)
• Excellent communication skills to deliver findings of analysis in a compelling way
• Proven ability and interest in developing and analyzing large, complex data sets and converting them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Experience with online video and/or advertising technology fields a plus
