• Lead all product managers and design engineers
• Optimize the customer experience for products
• User Retention & Engagement to improve customer lifetime value
• Oversee user engagement metrics like number of searches, number of return visits, time on site, retention rate, and net promoter score
• Product Marketing & Monetization
• Work with BU leaders to define market strategies, pricing strategies, product mix to maximize user engagement of the product
• Work with Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market plans to cost-effectively increase subscriber base
• Design and manage A/B tests to improve landing pages, search pages, add-on services, payment pages, and other experiences
• Work with the Analytics team to double-check the numbers, analyze test results, and draw conclusions
• Iterate on funnel optimization
• Product Design & UI/UX
• Know how to take a bunch of data and create a visual story
• Know how to translate product, marketing, and technical requirements into simple UI/UX
• Know when/how to do responsive designs, animations, illustrations, transitions, gamification, etc.
