Who are you?

• You have a strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making
• You are accountable and communicative when it comes to meeting deadlines and ship dates
• You have a solid understanding of engineering and technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of best-in-class engineers
• You are highly organized and enjoy rallying a cross-functional team to deliver ambitious goals
• You have experience partnering with research throughout product development and incorporating insights and evidence into product decisions
• You have excellent communication skills and excel at translating customer problems & ideas into product requirements
• You are dedicated to keeping the customer at the center of product and design decisions, and strive to improve the overall customer experience
• You can foster empathy for customers whose daily life, circumstances, and needs might be very different than your own

What will you do?

• Closely monitor, measure, and interpret key metrics across the organization 
• Collaborate effectively with C-Suite, PMs, Engineering, Design, and Data to create, plan, and own our company-wide product roadmap
• Prioritize and pursue the highest impact opportunities using data to back up your decisions
• Establish a shared product vision and strategy both across product lines and within the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
• Work cross-functionally with our team and use the data available to you to develop insights into the behaviors and needs of Dave members. Further, you will translate those insights into hypotheses, tests and features for how we can improve the product
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to build, test, and ship product experiments in a fast-paced environment
• Recruit and lead a team of high performing product managers, helping to develop their craft and career paths

What have you done before?

• 10+ years of product management in a consumer tech company
• 6+ years experience building, inspiring, and leading teams of high-quality product managers
• Preferably have a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven success in product management for both small and large organizations
