Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager who will lead the development of high-quality products and features by curating and balancing many varied perspectives, advocating for both our users and our business.

Duties in Detail

  • Understand the sales tech landscape to gain not only product mastery but also that of the market. 
  • Work autonomously and be able to take ownership of Conversation Analytics product prioritization decisions
  • Own the execution for ringDNA’s Conversation Analytics platform with creativity and alignment with customer drivers and needs. 
  • Help to influence our fluid processes with creative solutions to maximize efficiency.
  • Balance with a deft touch both long-term execution with time-sensitive customer needs.
  • Generate requirements from internal teams, customers, sales, success, and support and driving ongoing prioritization of product investments
  • Process, review, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights
  • Drive conversational analytics product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with functional development teams, marketing, sales, and product leadership. 
  • Deepen existing customer engagement with RingDNA, supporting expanded product usage and customer roadmaps
  • Develop detailed personas, use cases, and functional specifications to ship features that customers love
  • Collaborate with product marketing to support the creation of customer-driven messaging and content

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years working experience in product management
  • A customer obsession that leads to a strong understanding and empathy for users
  • A track record of success in working hands-on with engineers to implement and build new features that provide customer delight.
  • Experience in taking a product from 0-1 and 1-N, and demonstrated experience in the lifecycle of building, launching, and scaling B2B products.
  • The ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills across multiple audiences (internal, external, business, and technical)
  • Startup/tech company experience a plus
  • Exposure to Salesforce preferred
