Who You Are:

You are seasoned Product Manager who can determine overall strategy for Fair product and communicate this strategy to the product team and stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do:

• Connect product strategy to the company’s business plan
• Manage product planning and post-release optimization with little oversight
• Proactively communicate to set expectations for internal and external stakeholders
• Clearly articulate product strategy and execution in layman’s terms
• Establish credibility as a subject matter expert in various aspects of the business
• Own simultaneous projects with medium to high complexity and business impact
• Unite cross-functional teams around key product initiatives
• Encourage iterative product development to enable timely releases 

What You Need:

• At least five years of relevant experience
• Proven success in a product management role—particularly within the tech sector
• Experience with biz dev, selection and integration of external partners and vendors
• Highly organized; comfortable with project management and agile process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a proven team leader
