As Senior Techincal Product Manager at Tradesy, you will be directly responsible for developing and owning the roadmap for a strategic technology initiative. You’ll excel in this role if you're relentlessly curious, analytical, and obsessed with crafting quality software products. You'll also need to be analytical and data-driven, and have an extensive toolbox of technical skills and experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are a must, because you will need to rally your team around ambitious goals, and communicate progress to stakeholders across the organization. 

An ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a technical background, experience with data science and machine learning, and experience shipping innovative software products powered by algorithms built on top of large, messy data sets.

You Will:

• Serve as the product manager for a key strategic initiative. Your work will shape the future of the Tradesy marketplace and impact millions of users every month.
• Develop and own the roadmap for a data product, including data aggregation and processing, internal tools, and APIs.
• Partner with consumer experience teams to develop services used by the Tradesy marketplace.
• Partner with operational teams to develop tools to streamline workflows.
• Consult with teams throughout the organization in how to apply data to streamline operational processes, improve customer experience, provide business insights, and drive growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of fashion products and brands, and leverage your expertise to identify strategic opportunities for Tradesy.
• Set measurable goals, own your metrics, and deliver results.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product plans, progress updates, report KPIs to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Report directly to the CPO.

You Have:

• 5+ years experience in software product management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in data science and machine learning
• Passion for working directly with customers to identify needs and design solutions.
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• The ability and desire to rapidly become one of the world’s foremost authorities on luxury fashion products
