Product Managers at Riot Games help lead the vision of each individual product across the finish line, and assist in crafting and delivering experiences above and beyond our audience's expectations. We're involved in almost every product you can think of, be it an epic new skin, the Mechs vs. Minions board game, or internal tools needed by engineers or artists to speed up their craft. Whatever the calling, we identify and deliver the solutions that our audience needs.

As a Product Manager, you'll guide the product lifecycle from start to finish. You understand the intricate nuances of your audience, how to mold your strategy to fit those needs, as well as how to align Rioters across roles and disciplines to your vision.

As the Lead Product Manager for the Infrastructure Platform, you will lead a passionate organization to build robust infrastructure and software that enables incredible experiences for players around the world. You have depth of expertise in product management principles, and are passionate about using this experience to support and develop other product managers. By leveling up our Production organization and building strong ties with partners across Riot, you’ll determine our overall vision and strategy, smash through obstacles and drive projects across the finish-line and into players’ and developers’ hands.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a multiple product backlog, helping set vision across diverse products while creating alignment at all levels, recruiting new talent, and leading fellow Rioters
• Get your hands dirty in product development, work directly with engineers, delivery leads, customers, and partners to ensure and improve the quality of Riot’s products
• Inform and build a multi-product feature roadmap, identifying critical issues while pulling teams together to overcome barriers and ship content to players
• Build your organization as you see fit. Help shape what Product Management at Riot looks like by wielding your own frameworks, teaching, coaching, and mentorship ability
• Identify strategic opportunities, outcomes, and impacts across a diverse portfolio of products

Desired Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or Computer Science
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Passion for growing others
• Domain specific experience in Infrastructure (Data Centers, Servers, and Core Services) Internet Service Providers (Points of Presence, DDoS solutions, Connectivity) and/or Developer Experience (tooling for developer efficiency, Infrastructure As Code)
• Depth of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Extensive experience with prioritization and product strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
