Senior Product Manager, Patient Communication

But all of this is meaningless without great people. So right now we are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Patient Communication with a deep background in product management with proven track records and audience related web products/tools.
How does this role contribute to the cause?
Have you ever wanted to audit every business process and tool in your company in order to implement ways to be better, cleaner and faster? Do you know what it takes to build scalable tools for customers? Do you have experience managing vendor relations? This role will work towards all of these things and more. From sending patient reminders and surveys and thinking of how we can continue to improve, you will be focused on managing how practices engage with their patients.
Who will be successful in this role?
A Senior Product Manager (5+ years of experience) who can be active an problem solver. You have proven track records and the outcomes are apparent. Experience with working on a SaaS platform is important and any small business experience is a plus! You are a detailed individual that understands the technology from the backend to the frontend, and can also understand the business from the first sales call to a happy customer a year later.
