Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Growth. The Growth product leader will partner closely with Marketing and their squad to deliver on our Marketing strategies and objectives. As the product leader of the Growth squad, you should be data driven and highly experienced with A/B and multivariate testing.  

You’ll help us expand our product reach by:

• Optimizing onboarding flows

• Opening new acquisition channels

• Increasing the efficacy of our paid acquisition strategies

You’ll also be an excellent product manager with a history of partnering with engineering and product design to ship releases that move the needle and impact our KPI’s.

The Day-To-Day:

• Communicate, coordinate and work closely with your colleagues in Marketing, Engineering, Product Design and Analytics teams to deliver products from idea phase to being in our members’ hands to enhance our onboarding flows and optimize our attribution integrations
• Propose, test and implement different hypotheses to improve acquisition and set up a user’s journey through Dave
• Own the product development lifecycle in a cross-functional team with a prioritized roadmap, clear milestones, and short iteration cycles 
• Stay in touch with users to understand what they love or don’t love as our product evolves.
• Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users, and generate actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy
• Articulate user stories and business parameters, and identify success metrics for new products on an iterative basis
• Own your backlog and the work of the Growth squad
• Launch, test and measure, iterate and ultimately optimize onboarding and other key experiences

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Growth PM experience is strongly desired
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup where you helped grow, acquire, and engage users at scale
• Prior experience optimizing paid acquisition channels
• A strong technical background and experience working directly with engineers, with a firm grasp on the technical details driving the product.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, including when to follow patterns and when to push boundaries 
• Possess an excellent product/design sense, and you can take complex problems and make simple experiences
