As Senior Product Manager reporting to the Director of Product, you define the Fair customer. You partner with Data Science to understand vehicle depreciation and customer worthiness. You also seek to bring more equity to financial decisioning. Your goal: provide mobility for all!

Responsibilities:

• Build a decisioning product to serve your customers and key performance metrics
• Mobilize a diverse, matrixed team around OKRs
• Provide evidence-based options rather than prescribed solutions
• Advocate for the Fair driver; empathize with our financing partners
• Interpret impact of releases alongside Analytics and Data Science teams
• Negotiate scope to deliver desirable outcomes within limitations
• Document product to facilitate build, release, and training
• Communicate with positivity and transparency

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in a product role working closely with Data Science and Analytics
• Experience in FinTech with loan origination, credit decisioning, or subscription payments
• Passion for gleaning insights through analytics tools like Looker and Amplitude
• Proficiency with SQL
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira, Lucidchart, and Google Apps
• Specific examples of how you've supported a product life cycle. This includes: collecting feedback, drafting scope and acceptance criteria, rationalizing effort and timelines, and releasing iterative product improvements.
