We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build and drive adoption of our internal product solutions for data integrity, ETLs, data governance, life cycle management in a BI’s ecosystem that fuels business decisions. You are someone who can think strategically about how new data can be adopted and leveraged by the company. You are a constant advocate of a self-service analytics culture and help come up with products to help us achieve that goal.

In this role you will:

• Define the vision and strategy for a data platform that would enable data insights across internal organizations
• Translate and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders into data/product requirements
• Collaborate with different engineering teams to improve our data integrity and implement technical solutions
• Evangelize the adoption of new tool and features across different internal teams
• Provide buy vs. build strategic evaluation for different data technologies

We're looking for:

• You possess a blend of strategy, execution, and business savviness
• Demonstrated track record partnering with product, engineering teams, research, and analytics functions
• Leveraged data and technology insights to create the long term plan and strategy for your product
• Great communicator who can articulate the business values of your product but also get into the details with engineering
• You can mentor other PMs without being their direct manager
• 5+ years of Product Management experience working with data at extreme scale
• Experience with modern data platform components such as Spark/Hadoop/NoSQL Databases/Data Lakes
• Independence and collaboration - you can work across cross-functional teams and manage projects to completion
• Strong analytical capabilities - you can translate business questions into data requirements and data into insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill and persuasion
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders
• A software engineering background with coding experience is a plus
