We’re looking for a spectacular Senior Product Manager to own our Concierge Experiences for our logged in members to make the most out of their health insurance.

About The Role

The Consumer Experience team is responsible for designing, building, and running the tools used by JOANY's customers to better use and manage their health insurance.

This role is focused on logged in member experience, from the moment that user logs in on our site to all the services that we provide to surprise and delight. Health insurance is complex with many options, variables, and nuances; the Joany Concierge is the digital version of a human that helps them to understand their benefits and take action.

This role will own the core KPIs around engagement (think active users, visit length and quality).

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of titled, formal Product Management experience at a consumer-focused technology company;
  • Hands-on experience designing and shipping end-user features;
  • Clear track record of delivery throughout your career;
  • Quantitative decision-making abilities;
  • Experience with developing metrics, KPIs and dashboards to track the business and inform strategy;
  • Working familiarity with consumer e-commerce concepts such as segmentation & targeting (CRM), acquisition & retention (LTV), pricing & revenue (RPU) and conversion reporting & analytics (KPI);
  • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-functional skills.
