About the Product Marketing Manager (Headspace for Work) at Headspace:
Product Marketing (PMM) sits at the intersection of our product, our market, and our customers. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will become an expert on Headspace for Work value propositions, market needs, and customers. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll develop product messaging, internal resources and training, and sales and engagement collateral to support revenue growth, improve retention, and inform the product roadmap.
Enabling Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success with tools, collateral, and training for more effective and efficient selling through:
- Value-based narratives and training across personas, use-cases, and industries
- Sales decks, data sheets, case studies, and other collateral
- RFP response templates, objection handling guides, competitive battlecards, and other tools
- Market research
Supporting go-to-market for Product updates to support successful launch and adoption:
- Product launch process, positioning, collateral, PR, and team training
- Product packaging and pricing (in partnership with Sales Finance/Ops)
- Customer engagement materials
Conducting research and analysis:
- Inform product roadmap, support sales and retention, and identify new target markets
What you've accomplished:
- 1-3 years of Product Marketing or sales enablement experience at a B2B company
- Experience working on product marketing throughout a product’s lifecycle
- Experience working closely with a Sales team
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Self-motivated with very strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Right + left brain – you can tell a story and also do an analysis in Excel
- Passion for Headspace mission
- Prefer experience marketing to HR or Healthcare buyers
- Experience with product marketing in the wellness or Learning & Development space preferred
- Experience in a dynamic startup environment
