We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager for our Product team to help drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work, and collaborate.
As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the program vision, continuously improving product quality and value, while managing those strategic goals into actionable tasks. Product Managers must possess a broad base of skills to manage product deliverables through each stage of the development process from design and prototype through deployment and maintenance.
In This Role You Will:
- Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
- Act as the voice of the customer and work with other functions to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Design, monitor and report on product KPIs
- Develop business case and operating plans
- Release planning and management which involves mapping out the overall release, resource allocation, resource efficiency and influence of the product release process
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure backlog (tickets and Epics) contain the necessary detail to ensure efficient prioritization, coding, testing, and client validation
- Lead Backlog Grooming and Sprint Review sessions
- Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to partners and clients
What We Look For in a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in business, computer science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
- A good understanding of agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated success building and launching products
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as storytelling skills
- The ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working in a technology environment preferred
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
