About the role

Product managers at Ordermark partner with engineering and design to build seamless integrations with our partners and deliver a world-class product to our customers. Taking advantage of your deep relationship with sales, marketing, and CS you’ll identify the exact features we need to test, build, and iterate upon in order to amplify and support the growth of our company. 

On a scrappy team of product managers, designers, and engineers, you’ll have a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and manage areas of strategic importance. When you’re not refining mission-critical flows in our CRM, overseeing the rollout of features on our core product, or partnering with biz dev to spec the latest integration, you’ll be creating artifacts around the consumer journey and user personas. 

Ordermark is a fast-paced environment bolstered by a creative team. As the second hire on our product team, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the success of this company and the culture of the team. 

What you get to do every day:

• Partner with designers to identify the ideal user experience for our restaurant partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to bring Ordermark’s vision to life.
• Keep stakeholders in the loop on all progress. 
• Manage the CRM backlog --prioritizing, scoping, and rolling out changes to our customer-facing teams.
• Oversee the execution of features on our core product.
• Write supporting documentation for features including specs, release notes, and support materials.
• Attend all ceremonies including standup, sprint planning, and retros. 
• Organize and participate in monthly hackathons with the product and engineering teams.

What you bring to the role:

• 1 - 3 years of experience working with a product team
• Exceptional project management skills
• Proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize
• Ultra collaborative with the ability to build deep ongoing relationships with stakeholders
• Strong team builder with a track record of working on teams that love to work together
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Empathetic, thoughtful, and creative
• Motivated by a large degree of ambiguity
