We are building out our product team, and we are looking for a Product Manager with proven agile team leadership to manage the development process while championing the product vision. This role will be the critical link day-to-day between the product leads, designers and developers. This team is based in Los Angeles and includes key remote contributors across a variety of time zones. We need a disciplined leader who can keep this talented, nimble team organized as we grow the business. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the agile process during the full product lifecycle from inception to release 

• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Design to identify scope and timeline of product initiatives

• Gather and synthesize feedback from a range of stakeholders and translate them into product requirements for development

• Serve as the voice of the user, leveraging roadmaps and release plans to align the team on the product vision

• Continuously deliver value by prioritizing the highest impact features and measuring progress against KPIs 

• Communicate project status, blockers, and risks to management and provide recommendations on paths forward 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years work experience, preferably in the field of product management, project management, or business consulting

• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and projects 

• Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables

• Desire to take on additional duties in a fast paced startup environment
