Product Manager

We are building out our product team, and we are looking for a Product Manager with proven agile team leadership to manage the development process while championing the product vision. This role will be the critical link day-to-day between the product leads, designers and developers. This team is based in Los Angeles and includes key remote contributors across a variety of time zones. We need a disciplined leader who can keep this talented, nimble team organized as we grow the business.
Responsibilities:
Manage the agile process during the full product lifecycle from inception to release
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Design to identify scope and timeline of product initiatives
Gather and synthesize feedback from a range of stakeholders and translate them into product requirements for development
Serve as the voice of the user, leveraging roadmaps and release plans to align the team on the product vision
Continuously deliver value by prioritizing the highest impact features and measuring progress against KPIs
Communicate project status, blockers, and risks to management and provide recommendations on paths forward
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years work experience, preferably in the field of product management, project management, or business consulting
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and projects
Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
Desire to take on additional duties in a fast paced startup environment
