Hallmark eCards, as well as ongoing initiatives in personalized, print-on-demand

The Product Manager, Devices for Hallmark Movies Now will assist in envisioning the future of how people will stream movies and television shows by listening, asking insightful questions, and conducting industry research. You will own the requirements process for our over-the-top video platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung TV etc.) and work directly with key business stakeholders and the Director of Product to find out what is needed to accomplish their goals and document the results.
This job includes the following responsibilities:
Clearly be able to communicate what is in the roadmap and why; understand what benefits the work is expected to confer on the business; anticipate what risks need to be managed / mitigated / prevented
Work with various departments to educate, support, and inspire as needed to create buy-in for new initiatives
Think through every aspect of the user experience across multiple screens, putting users’ needs and expectations first in the definition of requirements
Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation, design, requirements definition, through to delivery—collaborating with teams across the organization
Write clear and defined user stories that developers can translate into actionable items.
Define user flows, create wireframes and gather technical requirements
Perform analysis using data from various platforms/tools including Google Analytics and Tableau.
Evaluate trends and KPI's post launch and leverage these insights to inform product decisions for future phases

We are looking for someone who brings a pragmatic approach to product management and thrives on bringing successful products to market. You might have worked at large top name companies, but you prefer small nimble companies with tight knit cross-functional teams that focus on getting stellar products to market quickly. You have the skills and experience, but you still love to learn - and you want to work with super talented folks to build great products.
Basic Qualifications:
Product management experience with OTT devices (ex. iOS, Apple TV, Android, Fire TV, and/or Roku)
2+ years of product management experience in a media technology company in the streaming space
Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years leading a product relying on API services
Product or Project Management certification
Experience with third party server2server, API and/or SDK integrations
Prior experience managing submissions with device portals such as Amazon, Apple, and the Play Store
Prior experience running beta tests, gathering feedback and translating in to actionable items
Able to interact and effectively communicate product requirements with key business stakeholders
Experience with industry standard wireframing tools
Experience with micro-service architecture
Ability to break down work and identify the highest value, lowest-effort items
Detailed knowledge of Agile development practices and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact features at scale
Experience working at startups; working at consumer-facing technology companies; subscription-based services
Experience with diagramming product user flows, A/B testing, and creating product requirements documentation as well as implementing changes based on data and user feedback.
This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
