As a Product Manager focused on Player Support, you’ll lead passionate cross-functional teams to create innovative internal and external tools that unlock Riot’s ability to deliver player value. By leading engineers, you’ll drive development, smash through obstacles, and push projects across the finish-line. You’ll meet and exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, enhance, and influence projects at every stage of production. You’ll do all of this in service of an ambitious transformation of Riot’s company infrastructure into a highly adaptable, efficient and effective machine that multiplies Riot’s ability to deliver player value.

You will:

• Develop a deep systems understanding of how Riot Player Support operates, craft a vision for how technology can evolve it, and lead a team to make that transformation a reality
• Oversee multiple internal strategic Riot projects at once, helping set vision while prioritizing alignment for all levels of development, recruitment of new talent, and leadership for fellow Rioters
• Dive deep into the technical details when planning products. While you may not be able to do it yourself, you can keep up and ask important questions. If you don’t know what and array is, or get sweaty palms when writing the occasional SQL query, this job is probably not for you.
• Understand and defend technical decisions. You love reading about the latest areweoutofnamesyet.js framework or why RESTful APIs should contain hyperlinking. You can translate these concepts even to non-technical people.
