What projects are you most excited about?

I am excited to build a thriving Chef’d community that will delight in food culture and customize recipes to individual needs... providing ingredients perfect for purpose, when it is needed, that lead to memorable culinary experiences.

David

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

My career has grown tremendously! In 2015, I was entering the workforce after raising my daughter for 2 1/2 yrs. Since, I've been had multiple promotions & am currently a Supervisor within our Operations team. The environment, people, and culture are what kept me here, especially knowing how everyone appreciates me all the way up to the CEO.

Diana

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

Chef’d & the Data Science field both move fast, therefore, every team member must contribute to the ideation process for us to remain innovative. Ex. One of our recent new grad hires, proposed an improvement on our recommendation engine algorithm so we had it coded, tested & successfully deployed within 2 months!

Chris

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The atmosphere at Chef'd is lively and collaborative. Instead of having closed-off, stuffy work areas like cubicles, we have open spaces and walls that are built from live, green plants. It all fosters a very creative and interactive environment.
