Job Summary
Bambee is a next generation HR company that is growing its team to keep up with its rapidly growing client base and expanding markets. The company is looking to hire a Product Manager to join its rapidly growing product team. The role will be focused on product and feature prioritization; developing user stories and requirements; working with engineering to deliver products and features; and driving revenue via existing product adoption and new product verticalization. This role is expected to build deeply productive relationships with its peers in other functions and will report to the head of product management.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead and own the end-to-end customer experience across a product line. There are many exciting opportunities for innovation in the SMB space. In this role, you will have the freedom to run with product ideas and work with an amazing team of engineers and designers to make them a reality.
Own and deliver products and features that improve the end-to-end external and internal customer experience and drive meaningful growth in revenue
Identify market opportunities, build business cases, prioritize, and define product vision and strategy
Articulate and design customer experiences that delight users, while helping them apply HR best practices and abide by complicated legal and compliance constraints
Understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently
Make smart decisions based on customer research, design sprints, and prototyping while balancing short and long term goals
Partner and collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams
Qualifications & Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA a plus
3+ years of product management experience
Demonstrated record of launching successful SaaS products; SMB experience preferred
Track record of building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience
Experience with leading competitive research, customer research, and survey methods
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
