Our team is looking for a Product Manager, Promotions & Referrals. As the product manager for promotions and referrals, you should be data driven and experienced with A/B and multivariate testing. You should be able to communicate and partner with product marketing and translate into actionable product features to aid in incentivizing customers in creative ways. In this role, you would be responsible for defining the capabilities of our promotion service and holistic promotions experience, building out promotion tooling, as well as enhancing the overall referrals experience.  You’ll also be an excellent product manager with a history of partnering with engineering and product design to ship releases that move the needle and impact our KPI’s.

The Day-to-Day

• Communicate, coordinate and work closely with your colleagues in Product Marketing, Engineering, Product Design and Analytics teams to deliver products from idea phase to being in our members’ hands to enhance our onboarding flows and optimize our attribution integrations
• Build the requirements for the promotion capabilities and promotion tooling
• Propose, test and implement different hypotheses to improve referral acquisition
• Own the product development lifecycle in a cross-functional team with a prioritized roadmap, clear milestones, and short iteration cycles
• Deeply understand the needs and behaviors of our users, and generate actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research to drive product strategy
• Articulate user stories and business parameters, and identify success metrics for new products on an iterative basis
• Own your backlog and the work of the Acquisition & Onboarding squad
• Launch, test and measure, iterate and ultimately optimize onboarding and other key experiences

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Product Marketing and/or Marketing teams in some aspect
• A strong technical background and experience working directly with engineers, with a firm grasp on the technical details driving the product.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices, including when to follow patterns and when to push boundaries
• Possess an excellent product/design sense, and you can take complex problems and make simple experiences

Nice-to-Haves

• A/B Testing experience strongly desired
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup where you helped grow, acquire, and engage users at scale
• Experience working with backend services
