InCloudCounsel is seeking a Product Manager, Invoicing & Payments to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel modernizes legal processes, globally, for many of the world's leading companies. We offer scalable, end-to-end solutions for processing routine contracts and abstracting complex documents by pairing our worldwide network of experienced lawyers with AI-enabled software. We also offer the first purpose-built software tool designed to help funds manage their obligations.

The Product Manager will be an essential team member for InCloudCounsel. As a Product Manager focused on our payments team, you will work closely across Finance, Engineering, Data, and Design to help grow our payments roadmap. The Product Manager, Invoicing & Payments will report directly to the VP of Product of InCloudCounsel, and the package includes a competitive base salary, equity, and full benefits. The preferred locations for this role are San Francisco or Los Angeles.*

Responsibilities:

• Lead the payments product roadmap to execute on invoicing, payments and compliance for our global network of attorneys, vendors, and contractors
• Work with the Engineering, Design, and Data teams to execute on the roadmap
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Data teams to architect data flows, APIs, and integration efforts with accounting (Intacct), payments (Tipalti) and other vendors
• Work closely with stakeholders - including end-users - to gather requirements, define and implement systems, and use a data-driven approach to optimize those systems
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure company’s compliance and cost management
• Partner with team members to launch new invoicing, collections & payment capabilities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience, 2+ at a SaaS company
• Experience with product, accounting and payments platforms and domains
• Proven experience delivering product solutions on an agile, high-growth team with a demonstrated ability to execute and a data-driven focus on optimization
• Strong knowledge of finance flows and compliance processes
• Creative problem solver with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Knowledge of SQL (or experience with Excel pivot tables and a drive to learn)
• BS or MS in a technical field preferred
• Interest in legal tech is a plus
