In this role you will:

  • Create engaging and inspirational product and content discovery journeys 
  • Own the roadmapping, development, testing and iterations of discovery related features 
  • Complete requirements exploration, gathering and detailing with relevant stakeholders, and the wider product team
  • Translate requirements into an actionable vision 
  • Manage product backlog and define user stories
  • Continuously prioritize development work, motivating your pod to collaborate and deliver 
  • Champion the needs of the customer, the business, and key stakeholders throughout the design and development process 
  • Work cross-functionally with relevant business units to define and execute feature roll-out and launch plans 
  • Analyze data and usage patterns across App and Web platforms to continually optimize the discovery experience and drive iterations 
  • Stay on top of industry trends, innovations, design guidelines and technologies that affect the business
  • Work with Product leadership to manage and drive the product roadmap
  • Socialize the product vision throughout the wider business, always championing a user-first approach 

We are looking for:

  • The ability to think both analytically and empathetically about customer needs 
  • An agile mindset - the ability to analyze what’s working and pivot where needed 
  • A professional with a positive attitude, even in a sometimes challenging and fast-paced environment 
  • Comprehension of how to leverage storytelling and brand to create emotional digital experiences 
  • Ability to motivate a team to collaborate to get things done 
  • 5+ years of product development/management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful consumer internet products
  • Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills
  • An active listener, with the ability to create a good rapport with all departments 
  • Experience utilizing research and data to validate ideas
  • Ability to set effectively manage a schedule and meet deadline
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • An interest in innovating and pushing boundaries
  • E-commerce, or brand marketing experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
