Job description
Enervee is rapidly expanding product offerings for utilities, retailers and governments, and is looking for a Product Manager, Data to add to our growing Energy Science and Catalog Data Team. Our Product Manager, Data brings a passion for working in a team driven environment, but with the ability to roll up his / her sleeves and focus on the task at hand with minimal guidance. Our Product Manager, Data should be able to work comfortably in an agile environment. This role will report to our Director of Data Management. Our Product Manager, Data can be located anywhere in the US and you will be working closely with team members and partners located in Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones.
How You Will Make An Impact
Coordinate, strategize, and prioritize the roadmap for the data team and align with Engineering, Business Operations, and Customer needs
Build the roadmap to make data our competitive advantage by identifying where our customers can make better decisions and providing them actionable insights along the way when it comes to energy efficiency and energy savings
Set long-term roadmap and prioritize short-term deliverables for our data engineering, data scientist, and data catalog team
Own and deliver engaging features and products that will help position Enervee as an industry leader using our unique energy efficiency data platform
Become a domain expert with a deep understanding of the e-commerce, data governance, and catalog landscape and acquire valuable insights using our data

Job requirements
What you bring to the team
2-5 years of experience in product management working on ecommerce data platforms, catalog management, or SaaS product line
3+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum or Kanban environment as a Product Manager
Strong understanding of software development in at least three of the following areas: cloud-based infrastructure, API integrations, data governance, data science, or back-end services
Strong knowledge of data pipeline design and previous experience developing or upgrading an internal data infrastructure from end-to-end
You have deep expertise in data engineering and science product development
Bonus points!
Knowledge of ElasticSearch
Knowledge of machine learning and “big data” solutions
Knowledge of one or more programming languages
