We are looking for an experienced, analytical, data-driven, energetic and collaborative product manager, with extensive data product experience in Financial Services, to join our team. You will be responsible for launching new products and help define how information is shared across the world using the latest technologies. We are seeking someone with a proven track record of managing data based products.

This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent communication and proven results shipping mission-critical products with groups such as engineering, design, operations, legal, and executive teams.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and own the Product Roadmap for Spring Lab’s Consumer Lending, Data Products
• Analyze new & existing technologies, market developments, and competition to identify product-market opportunities
• Effectively manage and communicate in a matrix environment
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, Finance, Info-Sec, Legal, and Operations to assess scope of effort, usability, and priority of product features
• Write clear Product Requirement Specifications for new & existing features that can be easily articulated by the Engineering Team
• Work closely with Research and Development to oversee designs, enhancements, and quality of complex features
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for Product Management processes

About you

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Product Manager is required
• 5+ years in the Financial Services or FinTech Industry is required
• Proven track record of driving requirements for API products and API integrations
• Highly collaborative in a cross functional environment
• Analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to present to the Leadership Team
