The Role: 

The Product Lead will leverage their experience in product management, technology and leadership to translate the company’s vision to be the leader in the content commerce space into an actionable product roadmap. This role will be responsible for leading multiple product and project management initiatives across all functions of the organization. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Problem Solve. Research and analyze the largest pain points of internal and external stakeholders to architect creative and efficient ways to solve them. Get crafty with the resources you have and make a real impact.
  • Lead. Define, scope and schedule both customer-centric and internal-focused product roadmaps to achieve company goals. Translate business goals, feature concepts and customer needs into product requirements and communicate these effectively to both business stakeholders and the engineering team
  • Collaborate. Manage relationships, optimize productivity, and develop creative solutions to real-time issues. Provide weekly reports on project performance using key performance indicators. Anticipate, communicate, and resolve roadblocks
  • Envision. Define, scope, prioritize and schedule customer-centric product strategy and roadmap to reach company goals. Translate business goals, feature concepts and customer needs into product requirements and communicate these effectively to the team. 

About You:

  • Analytical. You use data to drive the majority of your decision making and have experience with business analytics -- knowing what to look for and where to look. You know how to story-tell with your findings and get buy-in from other stakeholders in the business.
  • Efficient. Self-starter, multi-tasker, effective communicator and motivator that brings out the best in people. Able to work both individually and within a team to solve issues.
  • Equipped. Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc. Proven track record of delivering robust, on-time, quality solutions within project constraints.

Big pluses:

  • UX Design experience (ability to mock up flows and wireframes)
  • Experience with Sketch, JIRA, Asana
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools like Looker, Google Analytics, DataDog
  • SQL Experience
  • eCommerce experience
  • Software engineering experience
