About Takko:
YouTubers David Choi (1MM), Ryan Higa (22MM), and Peter (CTO) are working together to build Takko. Takko is a short-form video platform that helps users create stories, collaborate, and build communities all while getting paid. At Takko, we know the problems that creators face in the industry and know how to solve these issues.

This is a platform for creators, by creators. Takko is comprised of a team of 12 with an engineering team that has developed/scaled products that spun out of Robert Downey Jr.’s venture arm fund and had apps featured on The Ellen Show.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate Product Designer join our to team and help shape the future of short-form media! We’re growing fast and recruiting for those who share our core values and are willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:
• Designing for impact (outside the box)
• Execution design excellence through discovery, research, experimentation, feature designing, phasing, etc.
• Visual designs, interaction designs, and prototyping
• Be a force multiplier in getting creators paid

Who you are:
• Visual design excellence and meticulous attention to craft
• Strong systems design thinking where each detail serves the overall experience
• Mastery of design tools & amp; outputs: Figma, design systems, responsive design, native mobile (iOS, Android)
• Strong understanding of typography, information hierarchy, color, and how those affect user experiences
• Experience with motion (animating UI elements) a major plus!
• A team player with good team communication and collaboration skills
