Senior Group Product Manager, UI/UX
Job Summary:
The Senior Group Product Manager, UI/UX will oversee and provide direction on the customer and user experience initiatives for our global Catalog, My Account, Cart/Checkout pages on all platforms (desktop, Mobile Web and App). They will help analyze data and develop a roadmap to help deliver an optimal localized end-to-end experience for our global customers. This role will manage and guide a team of UI/UX Product Managers. This role will also oversee the product functionality and usability and to communicate effectively with IT to make sure requirements are met.
Job Expectations:
Oversee and provide guidance to the UX Product Team on the end-to-end user experience for desktop, mobile web and app platforms
Help to summarize and analyze findings from user research and customer behavior patterns and create actionable plans to optimize a localized experience for our global customers
Assist in creating the product roadmap, oversee projects/tasks and communicate updates with all relevant stakeholders and team members
Prioritize and document product requirements, user stories and designs for feature enhancements for existing and new application modules while considering the needs of customers, competitive market offerings and our overall company strategy.
Establish, monitor and analyze key performance indicators and make recommendations based on data
Collaborate with stakeholders, CX team, UX designers, UX Researchers and IT to understand requirements, define the scope of work and align on vision of the digital experience strategy
Take an active role in the estimation, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospective meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members
Well versed in e-commerce/web driven companies and understands how to meet customer expectations in different platforms
Ability to multitask and thrives in a fast paced environment
Strong understanding working in Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) environment
Strong understanding of UX/UI requirements
Wireframing basic requirements, mock up the general direction
Customer first mentality with the knowledge to work with internal groups to make their websites more user friendly
Excellent written/verbal communication and must work well with others
Equipment Knowledge:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
Experience Requirements:
Generally Required five (5) to seven (7) years of Product Ownership within an E-commerce setting
Bachelor’s Degree Required. A Computer Science degree is highly preferred
