We are seeking a Copywriter who can help refine and implement our brand voice across marketing emails and beyond. You are a wordsmith with a keen eye for fashion and culture. You have a positive attitude and the ability to consistently implement brand voice in your messaging. 

You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and welcome constructive feedback from all levels of the organization. You’re excited to play a part on a Marketing-Design team that manages content, email marketing, social media programs, and more.

You Will:

  • Write up to 14 on-brand marketing emails per week with the potential for multiple revision rounds.
  • Write up to 3 unique push notifications per day and quickly implement feedback 
  • Ensure consistent grammatical and factual accuracy, fairness, and good taste in our verbal communication
  • Translate the marketing promotional calendar into powerful copy, in support of overall brand goals and marketing strategy 
  • Uphold voice guidelines in all communications, and consistently deliver thoughtful and compelling copy that’s true to our brand DNA
  • Work collaboratively across multiple departments, including Marketing, Design, Product, Member Care, and more

You Have:

  • 1-3 yrs relevant marketing experience, ideally in fashion, advertising, or journalism 
  • Ability to multitask and excel under deadline pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
  • An understanding of the mechanics, conventions, and trends of e-commerce, luxury fashion brands, PR, media, and pop culture
  • A great attitude and the ability to take feedback and implement it quickly and accurately
  • Solid understanding of and experience with translating brand personality into copy 
  • Tenacious, self-starter who is able to work independently and within a team
  • Fashion judgment, organizational skills, and computer/digital proficiency
  • Ability to implement processes to enable scalability and enhance efficiency 
  • Proven track record of driving successful copy across channels, at scale
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and social media trends 
  • A curiosity about the luxury, fashion, and e-commerce space
  • An innate understanding and interest in the why of our brand and in the importance of brand to our company’s success.
  • Impressive pace of creative output. A general fearlessness about trying and doing.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
