We’re making clear aligners the new metal braces solution for kids and teenagers through a concierge orthodontics service that pairs you with a licensed orthodontist in your zip code to start clear aligner treatment right from your home.

Head of Product

Two Front is on the lookout for a talented and entrepreneurial Head of Product to own our strategy and product roadmap in building out our missing of empowering orthodontists to run concierge Two Front practices for the purposes of spreading confidence and joy through high quality orthodontic care. You will own the strategy, product roadmap and execution of the onboarding flow for orthodontists to join our practice network, including setting up payments, scheduling, equipment purchasing and financing workflows, and more.

What you’ll accomplish

• Lead team of Designers and Engineers in setting the strategy to build out the Two Front digital experience for providers.
• Effectively prioritize our product roadmap and communicate product needs.
• Establish product success metrics and execute against them.
• Dive into user research and quantitative analysis to identify the biggest problems and pain points for our users.
• Work on building out and optimizing the current Two Front digital experience including the marketing site, quiz, the patient telehealth portal, and the EHR patient management system.
• You’ll build new products such as the Two Front app for providers, the pairing of orthodontists and care managers to patient homes based on availability and zip code, and more.

• Backed by 3–5 years of experience owning a product roadmap for a consumer-facing product.
• Equipped with experience working on growth initiatives, optimizing sales funnel, or partnering Performance Marketing teams.
• A self-starter who seeks to identify areas of improvement (whether for our product, processes, or business as a whole).
• Meticulously organized and detail-oriented.
• A successful collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
• Enterprising "doer," with an ownership mentality and a bias towards action, constantly hustling and taking initiative to drive improvements yourself.
• Willing to roll-up sleeves to take on executional tasks that come with an early-stage start-up.
